Welcome back for part 3 on Expo East. In this short section I'm going to list off my top 5 favorite new juices and teas from this years show in Baltimore.

New Suja Drinking Vinegar!

New Suja Drinking Vinegar!

First up is a new line from a brand you may already know, Suja. They been making refreshing juices for several years now and can be found in most stores. What you probably haven't seen or tried yet is their new blends of drinking vinegar! There are five flavors including Strawberry Balsamic, Peach Ginger, Lemon Cayenne, Cucumber Ginger, and Hibiscus Ancho Chili. I'm sure you all are guessing that my favorite was the one with cayenne or Ancho chili, because I love the heat. However, I have to pick the Strawberry Balsamic and the Peach Ginger as my favorites. They are just juice combos that work well with the apple cider vinegar.

Each juice is cold pressured and claims 4 billion CFUs of vegan probiotics. You can find more info by visiting them on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ or even Snapchat!

#LessIsEnough with the new Sound Tea!

#LessIsEnough with the new Sound Tea!

Second on the must mention list is Sound Tea. I almost walked past these guys thinking that their tea would be loaded with sugar and/or caffeine. Turns out they have something for everyone! I sampled the Sparkling Chamomile and the Sparkling Rose Tea. Both were great but the Chamomile was paired with a bit of vanilla that tasted AMAZING!

They are organic, Non GMO and all unsweetened. They truly mean what they say in their slogan of "Less is Enough". Spot on stuff. You must request some at your store so you can try it. Or check their social media for updates on where to find it. They have Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Next on my list are the Evolution Fresh cold-pressed juices. Every product in this line is bursting with vibrant taste and nutrients.

I tried just 4 of their many available products. They have superfood blends, greens & vegetable blends, single fruits, fruit blends, smoothies, and even lemon and limeades. I tried 3 of the superfoods including the Turmeric Golden Milk, Greens, Turmeric & Cocoa, and my favorite the Pineapple, Mint, & Ginger. I also grabbed a taste of the watermelon single fruit juice, before the hoards of other people moved me on to the next table.

These are sure to take off. Minimally processed, no fillers or preservatives, and retail for only $5.49! If your local store doesn't have them just pop into any Starbucks and grab a few to try. Learn more by visiting their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages.

Cold Brewed to Perfection! Cham Wellness Tea

Cold Brewed to Perfection! Cham Wellness Tea

Then there is Cham. A cold brewed wellness tea company. Simple but effective and delightful teas that come in 3 exciting varieties. The options are Calm, Revitalize, and Defense. None of them are ever heated. They even use the increasingly popular HPP technology to pasteurize their products.

Cham isn't widely available just yet but keep your eyes peeled for them. Be SophisTEAcated and be social. Like and Follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Finally I have to mention the pure, live juices by O2living. There 100% cold pressed juices are organic, Non-GMO, nutrient packed and have no water added.

Four top notch flavors include Green Vitality, Fresh Start, Red Radiance, and Carrot Kick. I did try all of them and had a difficult time picking a favorite because they all were my favorite. If I had to choose though I'd say the lemon, apple, and ginger blend in the Fresh Start would be the winner.

These folks really do their best to bring quality to the bottle in every way. They only produce in small batches. All produce is sourced local to them whenever possible. And the juice is living, meaning never pasteurized, so you get the most assimilable nutrients possible. Check them out on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Well that wraps up this segment of my blog series on Expo East. I hope you'll check back in a few days to read part 4 which will cover raw vegan proteins. Take care, comment and share!
